I have discovered that one-on-one sessions are the most simple and effective approach to empower individuals to create and maintain improvements in personal growth at the Uber Level in their lives. My inner guide, inner strength, education and life experiences have intuitively drawn me to specific research and to explore and learn therapeutic techniques, effective tools, and empowering methods to coach individuals to create Uber Empowerment Plans. All of these elements have allowed me to develop passion and faith and a strong desire to share my wisdom and knowledge with you.
I am a Holistic Lifestyle Empowerment Coach and I have a certification as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). I completed my B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communications at Arizona State University. I have a Therapeutic Lifestyle Educator Certification and I have completed Level One Reiki energy work. In addition, my professional background consists of nutritional consulting and sales. My ambition to reach my Uber Level in life and still enjoy a balanced lifestyle (even while I was experiencing a set back in life or a loss or the usual ups and downs of life) has led me to research, learn and develop the best plan that would help empower me to achieve personal growth in all areas of my life. I have uncovered some effective tools and I now have a burning desire to share my knowledge with others and on how you, too can become empowered to achieve your Uber Self to enjoy a happy, fulfilling, enriched, healthy and therapeutic lifestyle.
Some of my interests and activites include walking along the Southern California Beaches, enjoying sunsets, writing, running hills and beach runs, reading, spending time with friends and family. |
